SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on various factors. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the transportation company. Please also take into consideration that during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales events, delivery, exchange, and return times may be affected due to high demand.

Please refer to the following list to get information on the estimated delivery times and shipping costs for each country. If you place an order on a public holiday, please allow an additional business day for your products to arrive.

* In regards to express shipments, the warehouse will process orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day.

Please be aware that shipping costs do not cover any customs or duties charges. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for the expenses or procedures associated with formal customs clearance for orders

 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All shipments of NIEVES by Nieves Álvarez products outside the European Union are VAT-exempt. Therefore, any taxes, customs duties, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot provide you with the exact cost, as customs policies and import duties differ between countries. We advise you to contact your local customs office to inquire about the applicable rules and regulations. RETURNS

NIEVES by Nieves Álvarez accepts returns for items purchased on our website, provided they are in their original condition, within a maximum period of 14 days from the original purchase date. Please note that items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for us to accept the return. Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will conduct an inspection of the returned products to confirm their good condition. 

Our return policy includes two options:

Free Returns:

  • Shipping and return costs are free (in Spain, mainland) when products are returned in exchange for a voucher. This voucher will be equivalent to the amount of the returned products and can be used at any time without an expiration date at www.nievesbeauty.com

Return at the Customer's Expense:

  • Items can be returned in exchange for a refund, which will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. In this case, the amount of the returned products will be refunded, excluding shipping and return costs, which will be borne by the customer.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 business days.

 

For international orders (placed from outside Spain), it's important for customers to be aware that they will bear the responsibility for all shipping and return costs. As a result, any refunds processed will exclude the costs associated with shipping and returns.

If you receive a product in a defective condition, please contact our customer service team immediately at contacto@nievesbeauty.com. Kindly retain the box, packaging, and all contents received, and provide us with photographs of the label attached to the package and the products received. This information is crucial for us to assist you. To expedite the resolution process, please include the order number and images of the defective product. It is essential to report any errors or defects within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the initial order placement.

If the order is returned due to errors in the delivery data provided by the client, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the package is not collected from the selected delivery point within the established timeframe, it will be returned to our facilities. The shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure their availability at the specified address to receive the package. We strongly advise double-checking the delivery details during the ordering process to avoid any potential inconvenience. This policy is implemented to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these procedures.

ATTENTION: Customers from the Canary Islands are responsible for covering the customs fees associated with returning orders to our warehouse and facilitating the return process.
