How are product safety tests carried out?

Skin compatibility studies are carried out through specific tests with an external laboratory, as well as the efficacy of the preservative system.

How is the quality of the products guaranteed?

Cosmetic products are manufactured following the international standard ISO 22716, which contains guidelines for the correct manufacturing and handling of cosmetic products. In addition, quality controls are carried out from the organoleptic and microbiological point of view in order to guarantee that the product meets the quality requirements.

Are the ingredients of proven efficacy?

Yes. Our main active ingredients have efficacy studies carried out by the manufacturers, where their efficacy can be clinically demonstrated.

Are any GMO ingredients used?

Are the products suitable for use during pregnancy?

The products have good skin compatibility and are classified as "Non-irritating". However, they have not been specifically validated for use in pregnant women. Therefore, it is convenient to consult your specialist since each pregnancy is different.

Do the products contain parabens?

No, our cosmetic products do not contain parabens.

Yes. We have conducted dermatological testing on all of our products to ensure compatibility with all skin types.

Are they cruelty-free products?

Our products have been made in France and Spain, so they are within the European legal framework, which prohibits testing ingredients and products on animals.

Are they suitable for all skin types?

Yes, including sensitive skin.

Do they have an expiration date?

The PAO symbol appears on each package, which is responsible for indicating the expiration date of the product. It is a graphic of an open jar with a number inside. The number indicates the months it takes for the product to expire from its opening.

How much product do I have to use?

We recommend using sufficient quantity to cover the surface of the face, neck and décolleté. We invite you to see the "how to use" videos of each product, to obtain more information about their application.

Can the products be used daily, in the morning and at night?

Yes. The recommended thing for optimal care is to perform the facial routine twice a day. In the morning, the skin should be prepared to combat external factors throughout the day, and at night it is essential for the skin to repair itself during rest hours.

If I already use a moisturizer, do I need to use a serum?

Although both products hydrate and revitalize the skin, they have very different functions. Therefore, to obtain optimal results you must use them simultaneously, since the serum enhances the results of the moisturizer.

Can I apply the eye contour after the serum?

Yes. It is best to apply the contour once the serum has been applied, both day and night.

How to make an order?

On the page of each product, select the desired quantity and click on "Add to cart". From there, you will be able to create an account or checkout as a guest. To conclude the purchase, follow the instructions that appear on the different screens until you receive the payment confirmation.

In the event that one of our products is temporarily unavailable, you can click "notify me" and leave your email address so we can let you know when it becomes available again.

I have not received an order confirmation.

This can be due to different reasons:

  • Our messages may have been blocked as Spam, so you can try to check that section in your email.
  • Your order has not been registered correctly. In this case, check that the payment has been processed.

Is a promotional code used?

When can I expect to receive my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

The modification of an order is only possible if it has not yet been sent. Please contact us as soon as possible at the following address contacto@nievesbeauty.com, and we will confirm if you still have time to make any changes to your purchase.

If your order has already been shipped and it has not been possible to make changes in time, please contact us to arrange a return once you have received your order.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns as long as the products are in their delivery conditions, that is, they have not been opened or used, and the return is always made within 14 days of purchase. The amount will be refunded in the same payment method in which the purchase was made, shipping costs will be charged to the customer. When will I receive the refund?

The refund of the amount will be made 10 working days after the processing of the return.
